Abstract
The article presents studies on the obtaining of high-purity amorphous silicon dioxide from nepheline concentrate by means of its sulfuric acid decomposition. The structural and surface properties, morphology and elemental composition of the silicon dioxide sample, having a greater BET surface area, (469 m2/g) were studied. It is shown that by changing the loading time obtained from the nepheline of a silica-containing solution, it is possible to obtain SiO2 with the given values of the BET surface area in the range from 377 to 469 m2/g. The comparative characteristic of some structural and physical properties of the obtained product and its world analogues used in the food industry as a food additive E551 is given.

Abstract
Hypertension is the most common comorbid pathology in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Eexamined 205 patients with low-positive RA (lpRA) and high-positive RA (hpRA) by rheumatoid factor (RF) and antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptide (ACCP) with hypertension and endothelial dysfunction (ED). Pharmacological effects of combined therapy of rituximab (RTM) and subcutaneous methotrexate (MTD) 10 mg/ml and 20 mg/ml on arterial stiffness and functional state of the endothelium were studied. Using RTM with the MTD of 10 mg/ml in patients with NEPAD and RTM with MTD of 20 mg/ml when right was equally effective at reducing arterial stiffness (reduction indexes AIp75, SI, RI) and improvement in endothelial function (post-occlusive increase of the index of occlusion and the phase shift). In related hypertension 2 degrees and moderate ED in lpRA and hpRA pharmacological correction wore weak positive response. Pharmacotherapeutic interventions in hypertension 2 grade and expressed ED in lpRA and hpRA did not affect the functional status of the endothelium and arterial stiffness.

Abstract
The analysis of the questionnaire concerning quality of life has been performed. The questionnaire, consisting of several blocks that evaluate objective indicators of a student’s health, including the quality and dietary regime, has been developed. The questionnaire contains of the questions adapted to the student's environment and allows us to analyze the relationship between the quality of food and the quality of students’ life. It is supposed to develop specific recommendations for groups of respondents concerning the quality of food and day regimen.

Abstract
Morphometric indicators of the depth of the maxillary basal arches of the mesocranial, brachiocranal and dolichocranial skull types were studied. The work was performed on 187 skull preparations with lower jaws of people of both sexes of the first and second periods of adulthood with physiological occlusion of teeth. As a result of the study, the minimum and maximum limits of basal arches depth indicators at the level of canines, premolars and molars were determined. It was established that the depth of the basal arcs of mesocranisal skulls at the level of premolars and dolichocranial skulls at the level of molars was higher in men than in women. In each craniotypes the depth of the basal arches in men and women at the level of canine teeth was not statistically significant.

Abstract
In the experiment on animals, the authors showed that the conditions of reducing the number of red blood cells, hemoglobin, hypoxia during the restoration of blood flow is the influx of molecular oxygen and calcium, which accelerates the oxygen-derived explosion of free radicals resulting from the action of xanthine oxidase and other oxidant enzymes, including inducible nitric oxide synthase. The development of oxidative stress, laboratory signs of which are enhanced by chronic alcohol intoxication, is evidenced by an increase in the concentration of lipid peroxidation products in blood plasma and erythrocytes and a decrease in the parameters of antioxidant protection.

Abstract
On a test bench, several mechanical characteristics of the thoracic aorta of corpses were studied. Changes in the physical properties of the largest human vessel were compared with age and a history of diseases. The obtained data are compared with the mechanical properties of vascular prostheses and patches in the aspect of their choice during operations on the aorta.
