Abstract
The problem of stopping bleeding remains one of the most significant problems of surgery from the moment of its isolation as a separate medical science to the present. Many different traumatic agents and life-threatening living conditions forced the person to look for methods to stop bleeding. Suturing is the basis of individual operative techniques and underlies the solution to the problem of stopping bleeding. Despite the abundance of modern methods of hemostasis in surgical practice XXI century clinicians often prefer ligation of bleeding vessels. However, the research of the force applied by the surgeon to tighten the knot has not been carried out to date and has previously been purely empirical, i.e. was determined visually - until the bleeding stops or until the edges of the wound touch.

Abstract
Water is one of the most important compounds of the environment, the quality of which determines the health and life of all living things on the plane. That is why the quality and safety of water are subject to special requirements established at the legislative level. And if initially only the quality of water in the centralized and non-centralized water supply of the population was normalized, now requirements are also imposed on bottled water that is sold in retail chains. The goal is to identify the main hygienic problems of using bottled water by the population. Methods: General scientific, hygienic, sociological using questionnaires, analytical. Results: In the presented scientific work, we evaluated the attitude of the population of the city of Voronezh and the region to the use of bottled water. The majority of respondents prefer to buy bottled water in the volume of 5 liters more often in home stores or large supermarkets for drinking and cooking, focusing on the price and not focusing on the manufacturer and shape of the bottle. We have analyzed the main hygienic requirements for packaged water. The technical regulation of the Eurasian economic Union 044/2017 describes the requirements for organoleptics, Microbiology, chemical composition, impurities, etc. In contrast to SanPiN 2.1.4.1116-02 in the technical regulations, quality and safety requirements are regulated depending on the purpose of bottled water: water for children under 3 years of age, water for children over 3 years of age and just drinking water. Conclusion: based on the data obtained, we have developed an algorithm for the population aimed at protecting consumer rights when purchasing bottled water in retail chains.

Abstract
The objective of the study is to research clinical manifestations and structure of concomitant diseases among children with gastroduodenal tract diseases. During researching 110 case histories of children with chronic gastroduodenitis and peptic ulcer disease (PUD) hospitalized in the II pediatric department of Kursk Incidence of PUD and chronic gastroduodenitis is higher in age 12-18 years old. Gender differences were identified: among children less than 11 years incidence is higher among girls, but over 11 years old - among boys. Speaking about comorbid diseases, reactive pancreatitis is the most common and mostly co-occurs with chronic gastriduodenitis. The most common manifestation of dyspepsia is nausea identified in more than half of the children. Children with ulcer are more prone to vomiting, heartburn and belching. Patients observed for chronic gastroduodenitis mostly had pain in the umbilical region and the right hypochondrium, constipation.

Abstract
Based on the results of theoretical analysis of the problem of internal values of the individual, it was found that the formation of the value-semantic sphere occurs in stages. One of the stages of formation occurs during adolescence. Due to the current leading activity, the formation of a certain system of values of adolescents is influenced by the values accepted in the reference group of peers. The main task is to study the hierarchy of values in relation to deviant behavior. The study of the hierarchy of personal life values was conducted using the "Value orientations" method by Milton Rokich with the participation of 120 students (average age 19 years) in Belorechensk. For some students, this method seemed difficult, in understanding the presented statements and building a certain system of values that are currently significant for them. According to the results of the study, it was found that the group of students with deviant behavior is characterized by such values of the goal as freedom of choice and independence from parental control, and the desire to act according to their beliefs, while social norms do not regulate such behavior of a teenager. As well as the desire for a fun, measured life, lack of control on the part of parents, teachers and society in achieving their goals.

Abstract
Currently, there is a lot of literature and research that reflects data on the structure of the peripheral nervous system. However, it should be noted that the results available in the sources do not contain a full range of data on the structural features of paraneural structures and have some contradictions. In addition, data on the morphological features of the structure of the paranephrium of peripheral nerves in ontogenesis are practically absent. This was the beginning of our research, in order to obtain new, more in-depth data on the age-related variability of the peripheral nerve paraneurium.
