Causes of recurrence of necrotic ulcerative lesions of diabetic foot syndrome
Abstract
The paper analyzes the assessment of the dynamics of ulceration recurrence in patients with various clinical and pathogenetic forms of diabetic foot syndrome, taking into account their quality of life. The analysis of the recurrence of ulcers showed that the identification of a certain pattern between the development of a given pathological process and its localization entirely depends on the type of surgery. In our studies, there is a clear trend characterized by dependence on the type of surgery and the affected area of the foot.
