Shay для моделирования острого поражения слизистой оболочки желудка. Приведено обоснование метода, подробно описана техника его выполнения и методика оценки результатов. В работе обсуждается научная ценность метода лигирования привратника у крыс в эксперименте, а также современные аспекты его использования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An analytical review of studies using the ligation of pylorus in rats by Shay for simulation acute lesions of the gastric mucosa was conducted. The substantiation of the method is given, the method of its implementation and the method of evaluation of the results are described in detail.
